Atlasgate shall not be responsible for any damage to vehicles, equipment, or property resulting from improper use of charging equipment, unauthorized modifications, incompatible vehicles, or failure to follow safety instructions. Charging tariffs, idle fees, parking fees, or service fees may apply and may change from time to time based on electricity tariffs, operational costs, and infrastructure usage policies.

Delivery timelines for products, equipment, or components are indicative and may vary due to import procedures, customs clearance, shipping delays, logistics constraints, supplier delays, regulatory approvals, or unforeseen circumstances. Atlasgate shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, government regulations, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

All intellectual property including website content, company name, logo, product content, technical documents, images, graphics, and platform content belongs to Atlasgate Global Trading Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission from the Company.
